Distortion Gauge Amplifier Input Module IRDS-SA

This is a load cell and pressure transducer input module. It can connect up to 2 axes of load cells or pressure transducers with a resistance of 120Ω to 1kΩ!

- SA10: Acquire data from the load cell (pressure transducer) on axis 1 - SA20: Acquire data from the load cell (pressure transducer) on axis 2 - Transfer to fieldbus (CC-Link, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS) via the IRD master module - Analog output (IRDS-AIO, IRDS-AO4) or digital output (IRDS-DO) from other slave modules - Capable of supplying a bridge voltage of 2V or 5V depending on the settings. Equipped with a current limiting circuit in the supply circuit to protect the internal circuit even if a short occurs accidentally - Can be preset from fieldbus upper devices or IRD Manager - Scalable conversion to any full-scale value. The difference in bridge voltage is also absorbed, eliminating the need for voltage/load conversion calculations on the user side - Remote sensing: Cancels measurement errors due to cable resistance - The internal analog circuit is robust against fluctuations caused by temperature changes and aging degradation through ratio metric measurement against a reference voltage - Upper and lower limit function: Limit output against pre-set upper and lower limit values - Self-diagnostic function: Internal IC abnormalities, sensor connection abnormalities - Compliant with RoHS directive
